Y Fenai is a collaboration between Coffi Dre and Anglesey Rum Co, bringing together speciality coffee and our award-winning Welsh rum to create something a little different.

Rather than simply adding rum flavour to roasted coffee, green coffee beans are infused with our Skerries Dark Rum before roasting, allowing the character of the rum to become part of the coffee itself.

The beans are then carefully roasted in North Wales, developing a rich, full-bodied cup with notes of molasses, dark chocolate and raisin, complemented by the deep character of Skerries Dark Rum.

At the heart of Y Fenai is Skerries Dark Rum, produced from scratch by Anglesey Rum Co at Llanfairpwll Distillery on the Isle of Anglesey.

Skerries Dark Rum was awarded a Great Taste 1-Star Award in 2026, recognising its rich and distinctive character.
