Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Llanfairpwll Distillery Ltd.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, such as Christmas or following product launches, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are in addition to our 2–3 working day processing time.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during periods of high demand or where delays occur with the courier.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our website.
Age Verification
As we sell alcohol, you must be 18 years of age or over to place an order.
Our delivery partners may operate a Challenge 25 policy and may ask for valid photographic identification upon delivery. If suitable ID cannot be provided, the delivery may be refused and returned to us.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge the cost of re-delivery.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our delivery partner.
While we will do everything we can to help, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, industrial action or courier network disruption.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and, where possible, take photographs of both the packaging and the contents before opening.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
