Crafted by hand on Ynys Môn / Anglesey, this limited edition rum celebrates time, cask and craft.

Starting with our rich molasses-fermented rum, we aged this spirit for 2 years in virgin American oak — developing deep caramel, toasted coconut, vanilla and warming spice.
It then finished for 2 months in a tawny port-conditioned cask, layering elegant red-fruit richness, dried berries, fig and cocoa warmth.

The result is a rum of depth, structure and indulgence — bottled at a robust 52% ABV to capture every nuance.

Tasting Notes

Nose:
Vanilla, brown sugar, berry compote, fig, cacao, orange peel, toasted oak

Palate:
Demerara caramel, raspberry, sultana, cherry jam, nutmeg, clove, cocoa nib

Finish:
Long, warming and luxurious — red fruit, roasted nuts, dark chocolate and soft pipe-tobacco sweetness
