Returns & Refunds Policy

At Llanfairpwll Distillery Ltd, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll always do our best to put it right.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us if you wish to return an item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unopened and unused.

- In their original packaging.

- In a resaleable condition.

- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Alcohol Products

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of:

- Opened bottles of spirits or liqueurs.

- Products where the seal has been broken.

- Personalised or bespoke bottles.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number.

- A description of the issue.

- Photographs of the product and packaging.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are only refundable where required by law or where the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Event Tickets & Experiences

Tickets for distillery tours, tastings, Spirit Academy sessions and other events are generally non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where sufficient notice is given, we may, at our discretion, offer the opportunity to transfer your booking to another available date. This is not guaranteed.

If we cancel an event, you will be offered either:

- A full refund; or

- An alternative date.

Food Products

Perishable food items and products with a short shelf life cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
