From our Llanfairpwll Distillery gin range to Anglesey Rum Co, our spirits are produced at our distillery on Ynys Môn using carefully selected ingredients, Welsh water and recipes developed by our team.
For Anglesey Rum Co, we ferment pure cane molasses at the distillery before distilling and, where appropriate, maturing the spirit on Anglesey — producing Welsh rum from scratch rather than simply flavouring or rebottling imported spirit.
