Aroma (Nose):

Bold and intense. Immediate hit of warm alcohol, followed by deep molasses richness. Notes of overripe banana, fresh sugarcane, and hints of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango). Underlying aromas of white pepper, anise, and wet stone.

Palate (Taste):

Powerful and fiery on entry, but quickly reveals layers of character. Earthy sweetness from the molasses, with flavours of caramelised sugar, green banana, and a touch of citrus zest. Slight salinity and minerality add depth, balanced by sharp, grassy freshness and a trace of funk typical of high-ester rums.
