Anglesey Rum Co. – South Stack Golden Rum | 40% ABV | Small Batch
Inspired by the dramatic coastline and iconic lighthouse of South Stack, this golden rum is crafted with passion on the Isle of Anglesey.
We ferment, distil, and age our own molasses-based rum in-house, before resting it for no less than 15 months in intimate 50-litre ex-bourbon casks. These smaller barrels create a deeper connection between wood and spirit, delivering exceptional flavour complexity and warmth.
Expect soft vanilla, toasted oak, and warm caramel notes from the bourbon cask, balanced with a natural sweetness and island character from our rum base. Smooth, refined, and effortlessly sippable.
A true taste of North Wales terroir — crafted from scratch, barrel-aged, and bottled by hand in small batches.
