🍏 Apple & Elderflower Gin — A True Taste of Anglesey

Apple & Elderflower Gin is a beautifully refreshing small-batch Welsh gin, distilled at Llanfairpwll Distillery on the Isle of Anglesey (Ynys Môn).

This gin is made using a rare native Anglesey apple variety known as the Anglesey Pig Snout Apple (Trwyn Mochyn Môn) — a heritage fruit that dates back as far as the 1600s.

The result is a clean, crisp gin with plenty of classic juniper character, where fresh orchard apple shines through and soft floral notes of elderflower linger beautifully on the palate.

Tasting Notes

Bold juniper up front, followed by bright green apple freshness and a delicate elderflower sweetness. Smooth, balanced and wonderfully refreshing from first sip to finish.

Perfect Serve

This gin makes an exceptional Gin & Tonic, especially in spring and summer:

  • Tonic: Premium tonic or elderflower tonic water
  • Garnish: A thin slice of fresh apple or a twist of lemon
  • Style: Plenty of ice, crisp and refreshing
