Anglesey Rhubarb & Vanilla Gin — Tart, Smooth & Memorable

Anglesey Rhubarb & Vanilla Gin is a small-batch Welsh infused gin, handcrafted at Llanfairpwll Distillery on the Isle of Anglesey (Ynys Môn).

We start with our base gin and gently infuse it with succulent Anglesey rhubarb and a hint of vanilla to evoke the familiar, nostalgic flavours of rhubarb & custard — but with a refined adult twist. The unique character unfolds more with each sip, leading with juniper, followed by tart rhubarb and a warm vanilla finish.

Tasting Notes

Bold juniper opens the palate, giving way to vibrant, tangy rhubarb and a lingering vanilla sweetness that emerges later. Smooth and playful yet balanced, with a clean finish that keeps it refreshing.

Perfect Serve

Enjoy this fruity infusion in a relaxed, long mixed Gin & Tonic:

  • Tonic: Premium tonic water (e.g., Fever-Tree Premium)
  • Garnish: Fresh or dried orange
  • Style: Plenty of ice, crisp and elegant
