Welsh 75
30ml Apple & Elderflower gin
15ml lemon juice
15ml elderflower liqueur
90ml champagne.
Place all ingredients except champagne into a cocktail and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled flute glass and top with the champagne (any other sparkling wine works too!) and top with an apple slice cut into a star shape.
