Bright, citrusy and silky, the White Lady combines Draig Môn Dry Gin with orange liqueur, fresh lemon and a soft foamed finish. A classic gin cocktail with a crisp citrus edge and elegant texture.

- 45ml Draig Môn Dry Gin
- 22.5ml triple sec or Cointreau
- 22.5ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white or vegan alternative
- Plenty of ice, for shaking
- Lemon peel, to garnish
How to Make a White Lady
Add the Draig Môn Dry Gin, triple sec, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white or vegan alternative to a cocktail shaker.
Add plenty of ice and shake hard until thoroughly chilled.
Strain the cocktail back into the empty shaker, discarding the ice.
Shake again vigorously without ice. This second shake creates an extra smooth and generous foam.
Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel rose or a simple fresh lemon twist.
