Bold, citrusy and deceptively smooth, our Draig Long Island Iced Tea brings together Draig Môn Vodka, Dry Gin and White Rum with orange liqueur, fresh lemon and cola. A proper sharing-the- spotlight cocktail built around three of our Welsh spirits.

- 15ml Draig Môn Vodka
- 15ml Draig Môn Dry Gin
- 15ml Draig Môn White Rum
- 15ml triple sec or Cointreau
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- Cola, to top
- Plenty of ice
- Lemon wedge, to garnish
How to Make a Draig Long Island Iced Tea
Add the Draig Môn Vodka, Dry Gin, White Rum, triple sec, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice and shake briefly until thoroughly chilled.
Fill a highball glass generously with fresh ice.
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
Top with chilled cola until the drink reaches your preferred balance and length.
Give the drink one gentle stir and garnish with a fresh lemon wedge.
