Ingredients

  • 50ml Anglesey Dry Gin
  • 100–150ml premium Indian tonic water
  • Plenty of ice
  • Fresh orange wedge, to garnish
  • Optional rosemary sprig

How to Make an Anglesey G&T

1

Fill a large highball or balloon glass generously with ice. Using plenty of ice helps keep the drink colder for longer and slows dilution.

2

Pour 50ml of Anglesey Dry Gin over the ice.

3

Slowly add chilled premium Indian tonic water. Start with approximately 100ml and add a little more to suit your taste.

4

Give the drink one gentle stir to combine, taking care not to knock too much carbonation out of the tonic.

5

Garnish with a fresh wedge of orange. For a more aromatic herbal serve, add a lightly clapped sprig of rosemary.

The Perfect Serve

Glass Highball or large balloon glass
Garnish Fresh orange or rosemary
Style Crisp, juniper-led, citrusy & refreshing
