Vesper Martini
Dry, strong and beautifully elegant, our Vesper Martini combines Draig Môn Dry Gin with Draig Môn Vodka and Lillet Blanc. A crisp, spirit-forward classic that's particularly good as an aperitif.
Ingredients
- 60ml Draig Môn Dry Gin
- 20ml Draig Môn Vodka
- 10ml Lillet Blanc or dry vermouth
- Plenty of ice, for stirring
- Lemon twist, to garnish
How to Make a Vesper Martini
Chill a Martini glass while you prepare the cocktail.
Add the Draig Môn Dry Gin, Draig Môn Vodka and Lillet Blanc or dry vermouth to a mixing glass.
Fill the mixing glass generously with ice and stir thoroughly until well chilled and properly diluted.
Strain into the chilled Martini glass.
Express a strip of fresh lemon peel over the cocktail and add it as the garnish.
