- 60ml Draig Môn Passionfruit Vodka
- 50ml mango juice
- 20ml pineapple juice
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- Lemon & lime soda, to top
- Plenty of ice
- Lime wedge, to garnish
How to Make Cariad’s Kiss
Add the Draig Môn Passionfruit Vodka, mango juice, pineapple juice and fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
Fill generously with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled.
Fill a hurricane or tall cocktail glass with fresh ice.
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
Top with chilled lemon and lime soda to add a light, sparkling finish.
Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and serve immediately.
