Fresh, fruity and wonderfully simple, our Blueberry Caipiroska combines Draig Môn Vodka with fresh blueberries, lime and a touch of sweetness. A colourful Welsh twist on this refreshing vodka classic.

- 60ml Draig Môn Vodka
- 30ml simple syrup
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 10 fresh blueberries
- Ice, for shaking and serving
- Fresh blueberries and lime, to garnish
How to Make a Blueberry Caipiroska
Add the fresh blueberries and simple syrup to the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Gently muddle the blueberries into the syrup to release their juice and flavour.
Add the Draig Môn Vodka and fresh lime juice.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake thoroughly until chilled.
Pour into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a few fresh blueberries and a lime wheel or wedge.
