Small Batch Contract Distilling & Custom Spirits

We are happy to be able to offer a bespoke gin & rum making service to any businesses (or individuals) looking to develop their own gin or rum.

We will work with you through every step to bring your idea to life!  All of the process is done in house in our distillery in Gaerwen from recipe development to bottling and labelling.

As we have a few different sized stills we are able to offer a small minimum quantity of product to test the market before committing to a large amount.

Melin Llynon Gin

In 2019 the team at Melin Llynon approached us to make them their own gin, they wanted a premium gin that was made on Anglesey and reflected the Mill as much as possible.  After a visit to the Mill and a walk around the grounds our Head Distiller Rob created a couple of variants of gin using botanicals that grow in the grounds of the mill, one was selected by the team at the Mill and they then pursued the design and look of their bottle and label.  The gin was launched in August 2020 and has been very successful.

Cain Gin

Rhian who owns Cain approached us in late 2020 as her business was coming up to its 10th Anniversary and she wanted her own gin to celebrate, we worked together on all aspects of the project from licencing at the shop to flavour profiles to labels and bottles.
