Our Rhubarb & Vanilla infusion uses our base gin and is infused with Anglesey Rhubarb and a little vanilla to give a familiar taste of Rhubarb & Custard. The gin has quite a unique quality in that the more it is tasted the more the flavours come through on the palette, With plenty of juniper to begin then tart rhubarb notes with a late hint of vanilla that comes later.
Alcohol: 40% vol.

Everybody has their own taste when it comes to Gin & Tonic but from the feedback we have received this seems to be the most popular serve:
Tonic: Fevertree Premium Tonic Water
Garnish: Fresh or dried orange

Totally yummy gin perfect with slice of cucumber ,lemon and a sprig of mint topped with tonic
This is my favourite gin. It has none of the harshness of some gins and its relative smoothness combines superbly with the hint of rhubarb. An excellent product!
