Da Mhile Apple Brandy 40% abv 70cl/35cl

Made by distilling organic cider and perry and then aged in traditional Bordeaux casks. The barrel ageing rounds the spirit to give it softer fruit flavours and a rich deep colour, while still maintaining aspects of the crisp apple freshness found in a continental schnapps.
